Structure
Continuously reciprocating piston movement drive the hydraulic oil ,thus which push metallic
diaphragm set to compress the Gaseous in the cylinder of compressor. Membrane compressor
consist of compression system and hydraulic lubrication system , also the two systems be
completely separated by a set of metal diaphragm plates base on the static seal.In view of the
special structure design of diaphragm compressor different from common piston compressor,
it is suitable for small flow,Compression of flammable, explosive, corrosive and high outlet
pressure gas.
Safety protection
When the diaphragm breaks, the compressor alarms and stops
When the discharge pressure exceed the rated value, the compressor alarms and stops
